AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 12,
COMMUNITY SERVICES AND MENTAL HEALTH BOARD
BY REDUCING THE MEMBERSHIP TO ELEVEN
MEMBERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 7.1201 of Article 12, Community Services
and Mental Health Board, be, and the same, is hereby amended by
reducing the number of members stated from 13 members to 11 members.
The remainder of said Section 7.1201 shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
