AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 36' VARIATION
OF SECTION 11.204 B-7, OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE, AS IT PERTAINS TO MAXIMUM WIDTH
OF DRIVEWAY APRONS TO THE HARVSTONE
MANUFACTURING CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and _
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 11.204 B-7
of the Municipal Code to the Harvstone Manufacturing Corporation,
Tonne and Morse, Elk Grove Village, to permit the construction of a
driveway apron with a width of 108' at the curb and 98' at the property
line.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
