AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH E,
OF SECTION 5.81, PERMITTED USES IN
THE I-1 DISTRICT, AND PARAGRAPH F. OF
SECTION 5.82, PERMITTED USES IN THE
I-2 DISTRICT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Village
at a public meeting duly called and held considered the question of a
text amendment with respect to the I-1 and I-2 Industrial Districts;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of said
Plan Commission find and believe it to be in the best interests of
the Village that such text amendment be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the words "special use" as contained in Paragraph
E of Section 5.81, and Paragraph E of Section 5.82, of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, are hereby deleted and
in their place are substituted the words "conditional use", so that
said Paragraphs E shall read in part as follows:
Paragraph E.
Retail uses, accessory to the primary use located
on the premises as a conditional use hereunder, subject
to the following conditions:
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication to law.
