AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.002,
DEFINITIONS, OF CHAPTER 12, SIGNS AND
AWNINGS, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, OF TIIE
VILLAGE OF ELF: GROVE VILLAGE, AS IT
PERTAINS TO SIIOPPING CENTERS
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
$ection 1: That Paragraph V, Shopping Center, of Section 12.002,
Definitions, of Chapter 12, of the Municipal Code, be and the same is
hereby amended to read as follows:
(V). "Shopping Center". A shopping center is a
business development containing four or more indoor stores
or uses developed under one ownership within an intergrated
building arrangement, having an aggregated floor area more
than 20,000 square feet, which development shall be considered
as a single unit.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
