AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SIGN VARIATION
TO MOBIL OIL CORPORATION, 8 EAST HIGGINS
ROAD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Ordinance 388
(sign ordinance) to the Mobil Oil Corporation to permit the construction of
two (2) free-standing, double-faced ground signs with a 4.34 square foot
total sign surface for each sign and a clearance to grade of six (6)
feet on property located at 8 East Higgins Road, Elk Grove Village,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
