AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-4-5-3 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
REGARDING PROHIBITED PARKING BY PROHIBITING PARKING ON CYPRESS
LANE BETWEEN REVEREND MORRISON BOULEVARD AND BROOKHAVEN
DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That Section 6-4-5-3 of the Village Code regarding prohibited parking be
amended by prohibiting parking on Cypress Lane between Reverend Morrison Boulevard and
Brookhaven Drive and deleting the current prohibition of parking on the west side of Cypress
between the same two streets.

Section 2: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to publish this Ordinance in pamphlet
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication according to law.
