AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION TO
MR. AND MRS. EARL EGGERT TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A DETACHED GARAGE ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 246 FLEETWOOD LANE,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law,
considered the question of granting a variation to Mr. and Mrs. Earl
Eggert to permit the construction of a detached garage on property
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe that such a hardship exists
such as to warrant the granting of the variation as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3.54,
Paragraph B, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, as it pertains to minimum distance between a detached structure
and the front lot line and the side lot line, to Mr. and Mrs. Earl
Eggert to permit the construction of a detached garage on property
located at 246 Fleetwood Lane, Elk Grove Village, and legally described
as follows:
Lot 3952 in Elk Grove Village Section 1
East, being a Subdivision in the West Half
of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
