AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SITE PLAN CONNECTED
WITH THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR MAIORIELLO
FUNERAL HOME
WIiEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village granted a special use permit to constuct a
funeral parlor to Mr. and Mrs. Maiorello by Ordinance No. 1011
which Ordinance was passed July 8, 1975; and
WHEREAS, attached to said Ordinance as an Exhibit was a site
plan pertaining to the construction and location of all improvements
on the property for which the special use was granted; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Village to amend
said site plan and such amended site plan has been prepared and iso
attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook,and
Du Page, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the amended site plan, attached hereto as
Exhibit 1, be and the same is hereby approved for the Maioriello
Funeral Home located within the Village of Elk Grove Village and
legally described as follows:
Lot 3603 and Lot 3791 in Elk Grove Village Section 12,
being a Subdivision :in Sections 32 and 33, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the remaining conditions, restrictions and
regulations of Ordinance No. 1011 shall be in full force and
effect.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according
to law.
PASSED this 22nd day of June 1976.
APPROVED this 22nd day of June 1976.
