AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SECOND AND FOURTH
TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AS THE REGULAR MEET-
ING NIGHT OF THE VILLAGE BOARD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the first paragraph of Section 2.103 of the
Municipal Code of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
2.103 Amended Meetings.) The Village Board shall hold its
regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of each
month at 8:00 P.M. and no notice to each Village Board
member of such meetings shall be required. The meeting
place of said Board shall be at the Municipal Building,
901 Wellington Avenue, in the Village of Elk Grove Village
unless otherwise directed; provided, however, that if the
meeting date shall fall on a legal holiday, the Village
Board shall meet on the day following.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to give
such public notice of the foregoing as is required by law.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
