AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL SALARY FOR
MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND FOR
THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 2.102 '(Oath -Salary) of the Municipal
Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, be and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
.2.102 - Members of the Board of Trustees
shall take the Oath of Office as
prescribed by statute and shall
receive as compensation the sum
of $1,200.00 per year, payable
in twelve (12) equal monthly
installments.
Section 2: Pursuant to authority established by Section
1.004 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
the salary of the Village president shall be $3,600.00 per year
payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments.
Section 3: That the provisions of this ordinance shall apply
to all offices which commence on or after May 1, 1975.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
