AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM
I-2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO B-2, BUSINESS
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, acting as a Zoning Commission, at a public hearing
duly called and held according to law considered the question of
re -zoning certain property legally described hereinafter from
I-2, General. Industrial District to B-2, Business District, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village having considered the recommendation of said
Zoning Commission find and believe that such a re -zoning is in the
best interest of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, (Ordinance No. 842) be and is hereby amended
by re -zoning the following described property to B-2, Business
District:
Lot 285 (except the West 67.33 feet as measured along the
North line thereof) in Centex Industrial Park Unit No.
165, being a subdivision in the North half of Section 34,
Township 41 North, Rango 11, East of the Third nrincipal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby direc-
ted to amend the official zoning map of the Village so that the
zoning classification provided hcrein is reflecteC, on said map.
Section 3: That the property shall be subject to all
restrictions, requirements and regulations of the I3-2, Business
District, as set forth in the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
