AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE
VILLAGE O',` ELK GROVE VILL 1GE
WHEREAS, the applicable Ordinances of the Village of Elk Grove
Village provide that land, upon being annexed to the Village, shall
be zoned pursuant to the zoning designation and classification
applied to said land pursuant to the Official Map of the
Village; and
WHEREAS, property located at the nortkSa st corner of the
intersection of Busse and Landmeier Roads has heretofore been desig-
nated within the I-1 Zoning Classification of the Official Map of
the Village; and
WHEREAS, said property has been annexed to said Village pur-
suant to Ordinance No. 964
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the zoning ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, as amended to date hereof, be further amended by
classifying the real estate hereinafter described on Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein, within the I-1 Zoning
Classification.
Section 2: That said real estate, as classified, shall be
subject to all limitations and conditions placed upon properties in
the I-1 classification, as defined in the zoning ord nance afore-
mentioned.
Section 3:' That any person, firm or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or resist the
enforcement of any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars for each offense and each day a violation is permitted to
exist shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed
to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Village so that the zoning
classification provided herein is reflected on said map.
Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
accord -ng to law.
