AN ORDINANCE GRANTING"A VARIATION TO MR.
AND MRS. ANTHONY W. GRIFFTH FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 987 SOUTII BORMAN COURT, ELK
GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals, at a public meeting
duly called and held according to law, considered the question of
granting a variation of the requirements preventing the enlargement
of a non -conforming use and thereby permitting the construction of
a room addition; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after considering the recommendation of said
Zoning Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best
interests of the Village that such a variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a variation be granted to Mr. and Mrs.
Anthony W. Griffith to permit the construction of a room addition
on property legally described as follows:
Lot 5182 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being a
subdivision in Sections 25 and 36, Township 41 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in fi,11 force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
VOTE: AYES 5 NAYS 0 ABSENT 1
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1001 day of December , 1974
