AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE II, SECTION 14.202 AND 14.203
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, AFFECTING
OAKTON STREET AND AUTHORIZING A 3 -WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF DAYTON
STREET AND EVERGREEN STREET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Village President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage,
State of Illinois:
Section l: That Chapter 14, Article II, Section 14.202, be amended by
deleting "Oakton Road" and "Within Village Boundaries"; and
Section 2: That Chapter 14, Article 11, Section 14.203, Paragraph C,
be amended by adding item 24 to read "Oakton Street and Evergreen Street."
Section 3: That any person firm or corporation who violates this ordinance
shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $500.00 and
each violation shall be considered a separate offense hereof.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
