ORDINANCE NO._�
AN'ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF MARK STREET
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, after due investigation and due
consideration, have determined that the nature and extent of
the public use and the public interest to be served is such
as to warrant the vacation of those portions of Mark Street
legally descri;Ded hereinafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties
of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That those portions of Mark Street located
in the Village of Elk Grove Village and more particularly
described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated
herein, shall be and the same is hereby vacated and closed,
inasmuch as those portions of the street are no longer
required for public use and the public interest is hest
served by such vacation.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby
directed to file for record in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of DuPage County, Illinois, a certified copy of
this ord .,ance tocethor with a Plat of Vacation.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according
to law.

That part of the cul-de-sac of Mark Street (dedicated as per
Document- R73 44866) in the northwest quarter of Section 3,
Township 40 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian lying South of Westerly Extension of the South line
of the 60.0 foot right-of-way of Mark Street as per Document
R73 44866, in DuPage County, Illinois.
