AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO TIIE
NORT19'gEST SECURITY SYSTEMS COMPANY TO ERECT A 100
FOOT RECEIVING ANTENNA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 100
KELLY STREET ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, the Plan Conmli.ssion sitting as a 'Zoning Commission
conducted a public hearing duly called and held according to law
to consider the question of granting a special. use permit to the
Northwest Security Systems Company for the construction of a 100
foot receiving antenna on property legally described hereinafter;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village after reviewing the recommendations of said
Plan Commission find and believe that the granting of said special
use permit is in the best interest of the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook anti
DuPage, Illinois -s follows:
Section 1: That a special use permit'be granted to the
Northwest Security Systems Company, as authorized in Section 3.32,
Special Uses in All Districts, of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, thereby permitting the construction
of a 100 foot receiving antenna on property commonly known as 100
Kelly Street and legally described as follows:
Lots 52 and 53 in Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision
Unit No. 34 being a resubdivision in Section 21, Town-
ship 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian according to plat thereof registered .'.n the
office of the Registrar of Titles of Cook County,
I.11.inois.on March 28, 1968 as Document No. 2379670,
and Surveyor's Certificate of Correction thereof regis-
tered on May 31, 1968 as Document No. 2390741
subject to the following conditions:
1, That the antenna be for receiving purposes only and
that no tram-3mission of radio signals of any kind
All be made from this location.
2. When the intended purpose of the antenna tower is
terminated, Northwest Security Systems Company will.
take down same within a reasonable time thereafter.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be .in'full force and
effect from and after its passage, app_oval and publication according
to law.
