AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23.702 APPLICATION
OF ARTICLE 7 TAG DAYS OF CIL71P7'ER 23 OF THE MUNI-
CIPAL CODE OF TIIE VILLAGE OF ELIC GROVE VILLAGE
TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPLICATION OF TAG DAY PERMITS
WITH THE VILLAGE CLERIC
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of
Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: THAT Section 23.702 Application) of Article 7
Tag Days of Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk
Grove Village is hereby amended to read as follows:
23.702 Application) - Applications for such permits shall
be made to the Village Clerk and shall set forth: the full
name and address of the applicant or applicants, the day or
days requested for such permit and such other information
which the Village Clerk shall deem necessary.
Section 2: THAT any person, firm or corporation
violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than $1.00 or more than $100.00 for each offense.
Section 3: THAT this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
