AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 25 FOOT VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.54C OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TILE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO MR. AND MRS.
HARRISON W. GOOD TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A FENCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1437 MITCIIELL
TRAIL ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to law
considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.54C of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. and
Mrs. Harrison W. Good to permit the construction of a fence on
property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village afterhaving considered the recommendations of said
Zoning Board find and believe it to be in the best interest of the
Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a 25 fc•)t variation of
Section 3.54C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the construction of a fence on property legally
described as follows:
Lot 45 in Block 1 in Elk Grove Village Section 19, Being a
subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook.County, Illinois.
subject to the condition that the variation granted herein does not
include that area within the 25 foot required front setback line
along Mitchell Trail as extended to Nerge Road and that the applicable
provisions of Section 3.51 of the Zoning Ordinance shall remain in
full force and effect, and the fence shall be locat^_d in that area
depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
