ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 25 FOOT VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.54C OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TIIE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO MR. AND MRS.
JAIME RAFLORES TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF
A FENCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1280 ALDRIN
TRAIL ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to law
considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.540 of
the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr. and
Mrs. Jaime Raflores to permit the construction of a fence on
property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendations of said
Zoning Board find and believe it to be in the best interest of the
Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a 25 foot variation of
Section 3.54C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the construction of a fence on property legally
described as follows:
Lot 5207 in Elk Grove Village Section 18 being a subdivision
in the southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 41 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County,
Illinois
subject to the condition that the variation granted harein does not
include that area within the 25 foot required front -z�tback line
along Mitchell Trail as extended to Nerge Road and th.3t the applicable
provisions of Section 3.51 shall remain infull force :,nd effect, and the
fence shall be located in that area depicted on Exhibit A attached
hereto.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
