ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 25 FOOT VARIATION OF SECTION
3.54C OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK
GROVE VILIAGE TO MR. RONALD A. BOOMER TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1504 ARMSTRONG LANE ELK GROVE VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove
Village at a public hearing duly called and held according to law
considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3.54C
of the Zoning ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to Mr.
Ronald A. Boomer to permit the construction of a fence on property
legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendations of said
Zoning Board find and believe it to be in the beat interest of the
Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a 25 foot variation of
Section 3.54C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the construction of a fence on property legally
described as follows:
Let 1 in Block 6 in Elk Grove Village Section 20, being a
subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.,
subject to the condition that the variation granted herein does not
include that area within a 25 foot required front setback line along
Cindy Lane as extended to Meacham Road and that the applicable provi-
sions of Section 3.51 of the Zoning Ordinance shall remain in full
force and effect, and the fence shall be located in that area depicted
on Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
