ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A 22 FOOT VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.54C OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELIC GROVE VILLAGE TO MR. ROBERT
STEPHENS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF .A FENCE
ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1465 MITCHELL TRAIL,
ELIC GROVE VILLAGE.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a public hearing duly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section
3.54C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village
to Mr. Robert Stefli�ns to permit the construction of a fence on
property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendations
of said Zoning Board find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that such variation be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a 25 foot variation of
Section 3.54C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove
Village to permit the construction of a fence on property legally
described as follows:
Lot No. 20 in Block 5 in Elk Grove Village Section 19,
being a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North,
Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois.
subject to the condition that the fence shall be erected commencing
at a point which is 76.57 feet east of the interesection of Mitchell
Trail and Wood Trail and that no variation is hereby given for any
of said property located west of said point, and the fence shall be
located in that area depicted on Exhibit 'A' attached hereto.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
