AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF PARAGRAPII E
OF SEC`T'ION 3.54, USES OF YARDS FOR STRUCTURES IN
ALL ZONING DISTRICTS, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE NORTffi9EST
NATIONAL BANK AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 1172 to
PERMIT A ONE FOOT EXTENSION OF A ROOF PROJECTION
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk
Grove Village at a Public Meeting auly called and held according
to law considered the question of granting a variation to the
Northwest National Bank as Trustee under Trust No. 1174 to permit
a one foot extension of a mansard roof projection on property
legally described hereinafter; and,
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village after having considered the recommendations of
said Zoning Board find and believe it to be in the best interest of
the Village that such variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT -ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That there be granted a one foot variation of
Paragraph B of Section 3.54, Uses of Yards for Structures in All
Zoning Districts, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village to permit the projection of a mansard roof on
property legally described as follows:
Lot 1G in Triton Industrial Park Unit 7, bei_ig a sub-
division of part of the east half of the norP_hwest
quarter of Section 27, Township 41 North, Ra;)ge 11,
East of the third principal meridian in Cook. County,
Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full forco
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
PASSED this 8th day of April 1975.
