AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE (DE BRUYNE PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has entered into a
certain Annexation Agreement duly adopted by Resolution No. 32-75 ,
and
WHEREAS, said Annexation Agreement requires the amendment of
its Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Comprehensive Plan of the Village of Elk
Grove Village be and is hereby amended to the extent made necessary
by virtue of the Annexation Agreement adopted by Resolution No. 32-75
1975.
by its Village Boa rd on the 22nd day of April ,
Section 2: That the corporate officials of the Village and
Village Clerk appropriately amend the Comprehensive Plan on its
map and on its face so as to reflect the foregoing amendments.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
