S94 AN ORDINANCE PRO?ILRW LOCATED WITIIIN rME VILLACE OF EL CRCATL VTLL:IGE TO '1111' B-3, BUSINESS, AID A-1, biULTL-FAIdILY ZONES (DE BRUYNE P]:OYER'PY) WiIERE,?S, the coiuorate authorities of the Village have conducted public hearings to consider the zoning of the property as hereinafter described, and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village Of Elk Grove Village having considered the recommendations derived from said public hearing find and believe that the zoning of said property as set fortiz herein is to the best interest of the Village. NOW, IMEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINEL by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village (Ordinance No. 84211 be and is hereby amended to zoiv the following described property to the B-3, Business, District: The west 350 feet (measured from the East line of Meacham Road as deducted pursuant to a Pre-.nnexation Agreement) of the South 20.0 acres of the Fast half of the Southwest Quarter and the West Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (taken as a tract) of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the 'Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Section 2_ That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village (Ordinance No. 842) be and is hereby amended rezoning the following described property to the A-1, Multi-Fa;nily District, subject to the provisions contained in a Pre -Annexation Agreement authorized by the Village by Resolution No. 32-75 , whish Resolution and Agreement are made part of this Zoning Ordinance, as follows: The South 20.0 acres of the East half of the Southwest Quarter anei the west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (taken as a tract) of Section 25, T•,wnship 41 North; Range 1.0, East of: the Third Principal. Meridian, in Cook County, I1_l.inoi.s, except the F?est 350 feet (measured from the East line of 11cach im Road as deducted pursuant to a Pre -Annexation AgrcemenL). Section 3: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed to amend the official zoning map of the Village so that the zoning classifications are reflected on said map and that an appropriate notation be made on the area zoned A-1 indicating that the zoning is subject to Resolution No. 32-75 Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval ,and publication according to law.
