HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 995 - 4/22/1975 - VARIATION GRANTED TO DEBRUYNE PROPERTYORDINANCE NO. 995 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING, A VARIATION (DE BRUYNE PROPERTY) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That the zoning ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village (Ordinance No. 842) be so varied as to permit not more than three (3) bedrooms each in not more than 64 of the 80 dwelling units proposed on property legally described as follows: The South 20.0 acres of the East half of the Southwest Quarter and the West Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (taken as a tract) of Section 25, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, except the West 350 feet (measured from the East line of Meacham Road as dedicated pursuant to a Pre -Annexation Agreement), in accordance with an Annexation Agreement approved by the Village pursuant to Resolution No. 32-75 heretofore adopted. Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. PASSED this 22nd day of April , 1975.
