Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section l:_ That Section 8.001, Paragraph C, Page 55h of the
Municips3 Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended to
read as follows:
C. Plan Commission action on tentative plat. The Plan
Commission shall after receiving the tentative plat
consider the proposed plan of subdivision as repre-
sented by such plat, and shall thereupon approve or
disapprove the same within 60 days from receipt. If
the proposed plan of subdivision is not satisfactory
as presented, the Plan Commission ma, permit the sub-
divider to make the changes and additions required by
the Plan Commission to meet the requirements of this
chapter..
Section 2: That Paragraph F set forth on Page 55i of
Section 8.001 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove
Village and 'approximately the first sentence thereof be amended
to read as follows:
F. Submission of final plat. After approval by the Plan
Commission of the tentative plat, the subdivider shall,
within three (3) years thereafter, submit to the Plan
Commission a final plat of the subdivision, in final
form for recording which shall be in strict accordance
with the tentative plat as approved by the Plan
Commission, together with two prints or copies.

Said final plat ,hall_ be approved within 60 days
after submittal
Section 4: That said orditirince shall be in full force and
effect from and after its approval and passage according to law.
