HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE - 1000 - 5/6/1975 - REZONING SBL/BONOVOLONTA PROPERTYORDINANCE t10. 1_ AN OPPINANCE REZONING PPOYFRTY LOCATED WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF 171-K GROVE' V1111„AGE A-2,AIULTI-FAMILY AND B-2. BUSINESS (SBL PROPERTY). WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village conducted extensive public hearings to consider the zoning of the property as hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village have considered the recommendations derived from said public hearings and believe it to be to the best interest of the Village that said property be zoned as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Ordinance No. 842 be and is hereby amended to zone the property set forth in Exhibit 1 attached to the A-2, Multi - Family District. Section 2: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Ordinance No. 842 be and is hereby amended to re- zone the property described in Exhibit 2 attached to the B-2, Business District. Section 3: That in addition to all other restrictions contained in the above mentioned Zoning Ordinance, said properties are further subject to the restrictions contained in a certain agreement between the Village of Elk Grove Village, the River Forest State Bank and Trust Company as Trustee under Trust No. 1688 and SBL which agree- ments were authorized by Resolution No. 38-75 heretofore adopted on May 6th 1975. That in the event of conflict between regulations, the regula- tions contained in the aforementioned agreements so long as said agreements are in force shall be first binding. Section 4: That the Village Clem be and is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Yap of the Village so that the zoning classification as set forth herein is reflected on said map and that an appropriate notation be made on the area zoned A-2 and B-2 indicating that the zoning is subject to Resolution No. 38-75 Section 5: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
