AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.311A OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING A RIGHT TURN AFTER
STOPPING FOR A RED TRAFFIC SIGNAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.311A of the *lunicipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, be amended to prohibit right
turns on a red traffic signal, as follows:
1114.311A - No Right Turn on Red Traffic Signal.) It shall
be unlawful for the operator of any motor vehicle to turn
right after ,stopping for a red traffic signal at the inter-
section of Arlington Heights Road and Beisterfield Road/
Kennedy Boulevard."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
