conditions:

Section That this special use permit shall terminate
on April 30, 1975.
Section 3: That no person, firm or corporation shall
violate any provision of the zoning ordinance of the village o -
Ell: Grove Village or the provisions herein, and that the penalty
for such violation shall_ not be less than $5.00, nor more than
$200.00. Each dap a violation is permitted to exist shall be con-
sidored a separate and distinct offense.
Section A: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
