AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF
SECTION 3.96 C(1).OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO THE
NATIONAL BOULEVARD BANK AS TRUSTEE UNDER
TRUST NO. 3359 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1301 HIGGINS ROAD, ELY. GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals, at a public meeting duly called and
held according to law, considered the question of granting a variation of
Section 3.96, Paragraph C(1), of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village as it pertains to parking spaces for office uses to the John
Twist Company on property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, no objections were raised at said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, after considering the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals,
find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that such a
variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove -Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section l: That a variation,in accordance with a letter of request dated
October 15, 1973rof section 3.96 C(1), (Minimum Parking Space Requirements in
a Business or Special Office Use) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village be granted to the National Boulevard Bank as Trustee under
Trust No. 3359 on property legally described as follows:
Lot 43 in Higgins Industrial Park Unit 25 being a subdivision in the
southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11 east of
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, subject to the
following _onditions:
This variation is personal in nature and shall terminate upon one or
more of the following occurrences.
1. Change in ownership.
2. Change in the present use and/or occupancy.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law, and the
Village Clerk shall record this ordinance with the Recorder of Deeds, Cook
County, Illinois.
