AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING PARK-
ING ON CERTAIN STREETS IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code which designates
areas wherein parking is prohibited be and is hereby amended by amending
paragraph 47 to read, as follows:
"47. On the east side of Wellington Avenue from Biesterfield Road to
a point 450 feet south of its intersection therewith.
47a. On the west side of Wellington Avenue from Biesterfield Road to
a point 1000 feet south of its intersection therewith."
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating this ordinance
shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication,, according to law.
