AN ORDINAAiCE AMENDTNG SECTION 14-512
OF THE MLMICIPP.L CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ON CERTAIN STREETS WIaTlI*i THE
VILLAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in
certain designated areas within the Village, be amended by adding
thereto the following:
64. On the West side of Randall Street in the Village of
Elk Grove Village,
65. On the West side of Kelly Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
66. On the West side of Gordon Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
67. On the West side of Gaylord Street, in the Village of
Elk Grove Village.
68. On the West side of King Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
69. On the West siee of Scott Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
70. On th- West side of Bond Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
71. On thel)rth side of Bennett Drive, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village,
72, On the North side of Lee Street, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.
73. On i.he North side o' Criss Circle, in the Village of Elk
Grove Village.

Section 2: That any person, firm or corporation
violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than $5.00, nor more than $200,00 for each offense.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, ac-
cording to law.
