RESTAUR,T,N'T) PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION X12-70
WHER%AS, the President and Board of Trustees of Elk Grove
Village, Cook and DuPage Counties, have entered into an annexation
agreement with the owners, v:lherein the Village agreed upon annexation
to zone the subject property upon annexation and
WHEREAS, the B-1 zoning has been so changed since the
time of the annexation agreement that the appropriate zoning
to be accorded to the property should be B-2 Business and
WHEREAS, all public hearings required by law have been duly
called and held;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village as amended to date hereof be further amended by re-
classifying the real estate hereinafter described on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein,
to the B-2 Business classification.
Section 2: That said real estate as reclassified shall
be subject to all limitations and conditions placed upon properties
in the B-2 classification, as defined in the zoning ordinance
aforementioned.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation who violates,
disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or resist the
enforcement of any provisi-n of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than $1.0.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense, and each
day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate
offense.
Section 4: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby
directed to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Village so
that the zoning classification provided herein is reflected
on said map.
Section 5: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication,
according to law.

EXHIBIT "A'' to ORDINANCE' N0. 934
All that part lying Southwesterly of the northeasterly line cr Higsins
Road and East of the East line of a 200 foot strip of land conveyed to
County of Cook by Deed recorded January 12, 1939 as Document No.12259403
of the West half of the Northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying North of a
line drawn at right angles to the East line of said 200 foot strip of
land through a point on said East line 602.31 feet South, as measured
along said East line, of the North line of said Section 26 (excepting
from said parcel that part thereof lying North of a line drawn from a
point on the East line of said 200 foot strip of land which is 210.0 feet
South as measured along said East line, of the North line of said Section 26
to a point on the canter line of said Higgins Road, said line crossing the
Westerly line of said Higgins Road at a point which is 185.0 feet, as
measured along a line parallel with the East line of said 200 foot strip of
land South of said North line of Section 26, in Cook County, Illinois.
