C of the developioent be designated as fire lanes; a copy of which request being aetached hereto and incorporated herein as Fshi.lait. A of this ordinance, and WHEREAS, it is further requested by said Association that the Elk Grove Police Department be granted the authority to enforce any ordinance prohibiting parking on said designated fire lanes; NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board. of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows: Section 1: That Section 23.903 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Elk Grove Village, which provides for certain areas located in the Village to be designated "Fire Lanes", and making it unlawful for any person to block or obstruct wholly or partly any such designated area, be amended by adding thereto the following: I. Elk Grove Townhome Condominium Estates Parcel C: All areas designated as Fire Lanes on a map entitled, Townhome Condominium Estates Parcel C, which map is incorporated by. reference as a part of Ordinance No. 936 Section 2: That a map entitled, "Townhome Condominium Estates Parcol. C" with red ;norkinc;s indicating those areas designated as fire lanes (Exhibit. B, attached hereto) be .and the same is hereby incorporaL.ed into tris ordinance. a cti.on 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this ordinance shall be Lined not less than Five ($5.00) Dollar:;, nor more than Two Hundred ($7.00.00) Dollars for each offense. Section 4! That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law. Sec•i_icn 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to pui)l.ish this ordinance in pamphlet form and the Village Manager is directed to post all areas designated as fire lanes hereby with appropriate signs.
