AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL SITE PLAN FOR
PROPERTY SUBJECT TO A-2 ZONING FOR THE DEVELOP-
MENT OF SENIOR. CITIZEN I1OUSI:NG AND AUTHORIZING
TIIE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING; PERMITS IN ACCORDANCE
THEREWITH.
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of ELI, Grove Village have previously approved the Revised Prelinii.n-
a.ry Site Plan for the development of senior citizen housing, and
WHEREAS, the final site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A
and incorporated herein was submitted to the Plan Commission for
review; and
WHEREAS, the final site plan has been certified by the
Village Manager as to its being in conformity with the approved
revised preliminary plan; and
WIiEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Ell, Grove Village after having considered the recommendation of
ti:c Pla.i Commission find and believe it to be in the best interest
of the Village that the final site plan be approved and that all
necessary building permits relating thereto be authorized for
issuance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook and DuPage
Counties, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the final site plan attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein, which plan was prepared by
Holabi.rd and Root Architects on April 18, 1974 and revised May 18,
1974, June 26, 1974 and July 1, 1974 be and is hereby approved.
Section 2: That all necessary building permits relating to said
final site plan are hereby authorized for issuance, provided that all
procedural requirements relating to the issuance of said permits
are adhered to.
Section 3: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
publish this ordinance in pamphlet form and to record the final
site plan with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
