AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF' SECTION 3.54 C
OF TIIE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TUE VILLAGE OF' ELK GROVE
VILLAGE TO MR. AND MRS. GLEN MARTIN TO PERMIT CON-
STRUCTION OP A PENCE WITHIN THE 25 FOOT SET BACK
LINE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 941 SOUTH COOPER COURT,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals, at a public meeting duly
called and held according to law, considered the question of granting
a variation of Section 3.54 C of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village
of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of a fence within the
25 foot set back line on property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President. and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after considering the recommendation of said Zoning
Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interests of
the Village that such a variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a variation of Section 3.54 C of theZoning
Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village be granted to Mr. and
Mrs. Glen Martin to permit the construction of a fence within the
25 foot set back line on the following described property:
Lot 5058 in Elk Grove Village Section 17, being a
subdivision in Sections 25 and 26, Township 41
North, Rangel0, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
