WHEREAS, the Zoninq Board of Appeals, at a public meeting duly
called and held accerdi.ng to law, considered the question of granting
a variation of the side yard requirements set by schedule in Section
5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to
the Quali-Tech Machine and Engineering Company, thereby permitting a
ten (10) foot side yard on property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, after considering the recommendation of said Zoning
Board of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interests of
L;.eVillage that such a variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DUPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a variation of the side yard requirements
as set by schedule in Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Elk Grove Village be granted to the Quali-Tech Machine
and Engineering Company to permit a ten (10) foot side yard on
the following dcscr.ibed property:
The North 100 feet of the South 145.62 feet of Lot 40
in Higgins Road _,)wwer.cial Subdivision, Unit No. 2,
being a subdivision in the West half ofSection 22,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal. Mcri.di.an, in Cook county, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passago, approval and publication,
accordinq to law.
