AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS
AS SET BY SCHEDULE IN SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE Or THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO QUALI-TECH MACHINE AND ENGINEERING
COMPANY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 330 BOND STREET, ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, there was a clerical error in the preparation of materials
relating to the Quali-Tech Machine and Engineering Company petition for
a variation and said clerical error appeared in Ordinance No. 942 granting
said variation; and
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals, at a public meeting duly called
and held according to law, considered the question of granting a variation
of the rear yard requirements set by schedule in Section 5.1 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village to the Qua]! -Tech Machine
and Engineering Company, thereby permitting a ten (10) foot reartyard on
property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, after considering the recommendation of said Zoning Board
of Appeals, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village
that such a variation be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 942 entitled AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A
VARIATION OF THE SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS AS SET BY SCHEDULE IN SECTION 5.1
OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE TO QUALI-TECH
MACHINE AND ENGINEERING COMPANY ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 330 BOND STREET ,
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILLINOIS, is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That a variation of the rear yard requirements as set
by schedule in Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk
Grove Village be granted to the Qua)! -Tech Machine and Engineering Company
to permit a ten (10) foot rear yard on the following described property:
The North 100 feet of the South 146.62 feet of Lot 40
in Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision, Unit No. 2,
being a subdivision in the West half of Section 22,
Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to l.;r.
