AN ORDINANCE RE -ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN TIIE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
FROM R-3 SINGLE FAMILY TO A-2 MULTIPLE FAMILY
APART.-IENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Plan Conunission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, acting as a zoning commission, at a public hearing
being called and held according to law considered the question
of re -zoning certain prop:rties hereafter legally described from
R-3 Single Family to A-2 Multiple Family and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have considered
the recommendation of said Zoning Commission, find and believe
that such a re -zoning is in the best interest of the Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and

DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That the zoning ordinance of the Village of
Elk Grove Village (Ordinance 842) be and is hereby amended by
re -zoning the following described property to A-2 Multi -family:
Lot 2 in Elk Grove Village, Section 5,beingsubdivision
of Section 33, Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of
Third Principal-Mer:idian, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk be and is hereby directed
to amend the official zoning map of the Village so that the zoning
classification provided herein is reflected on said map.
Section 3: That the above property shall be subject to
all the restrictions,requirements and regulations of the A-2
District as set forth in the zoning ordinance in the Village of
Elk Grove Village.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
