AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING PARAGRAPHS (C) AND (D) OF SECTION 14.311
AND RESCINDING SECTIONS 14.311A AND 14.311B OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING CERTAIN TURNING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois,
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Paragraphs (c) and (d) of Section 14.311, which
prohibits left turns from Wildwood Road into Ridgewood Road and Briar -
wood Lane, be rescinded.
Section 2: That Section 14.311A, which prohibits right turns from
Wildwood Road into Evergreen Street, Woodcrest Lane and Crest Avenue, be
rescinded.
Section 3: That Section 14.3116, which prohibits right turns on red
traffic signals at Arlington Heights Road and Biesterfield Road/Kennedy
Boulevard, be rescinded.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
