AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE PROHIBITING PARKING ON ELMHURST ROAD, PRATT
BOULEVARD FROM STATE ROUTE 83 TO ELMURST ROAD AND ON GREENLEAF AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Village of Elk Grove Village,
which prohibits parking in certain designated areas within the Village be
amended by adding a new paragraph 62 to read as follows:
62. On Greenleaf Avenue from a point 400 feet west of the centerline
of Elmhurst Road and Greenleaf Avenue to a point 400 feet east
of the centerline of Elmhurst Road.
Section 2: That paragraphs 39 and 46 remain as previously adopted:
39. "Along Landmeier Road, along Higgins Road, along Elmhurst Road,
along Devon Avenue, along Rohlwing Road, along Nerge Road, and
along Meacham Road in the Village of Elk Grove Village."
46. "Pratt Boulevard from State Route 83 to Elmhurst Road in the
Village of Elk Grove Village."
Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication,according to law.
VOTE: AYES: 6 PASSED this 28th day of August 1973.
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0 APPROVED this 28thday of August 1973.
