AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT TO THE CHRISTUS VICTOR LUTHERAN
CHURCH TO CONDUCT A NON-PROFIT NURSERY
SCHOOL ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1035
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS RD., ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, sitting as a zoning commission, conducted a public
hearing duly called and held according to law, to consider the
question of granting a special use permit to the Christus Victor
Lutheran Church to conduct a non-profit nursery school on
property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village, after reviewing the recommendations of
said Planning Commission, find and believe that the granting of
said Special Use Permit is in the best interests of the Village,
and is in compliance with the intent of the Zoning Ordinance and
the Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a special use permit be issued to the
Christus Victor Lutheran Church, for the purpose of conducting a
non-profit nursery school at the church, located at 1045 Arlington
Heights Road, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and legally described
as follows:
Lot No. 3448, being a subdivision in Section 32, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
PASSED this 23rd day of October 1973.
APPROVED this 31stday of October 1973.
