AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO
THE ELK GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH TO PERMIT A CHURCH,
A SUNDAY SCHOOL, AND A PRE-SCHOOL DAY CARE CENTER
AT PROPERTY LOCATED AT TIIE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
BISNER ROAD AND GLOUCESTER DRIVE, ELI[ GROVE VILLAGE,
ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, sitting as a zoning commission, conducted a hearing
duly called and held according to law, to consider the question
o' granting a special use permit to the Elk Grove Baptist Church
to permit a church, Sunday school and pre-school day care center
on property legally described hereinafter; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
oF Elk Grove Village, after reviewing the recommendations of said
Plan Commission, find and believe that the granting of said special
use permit .is in the best interests of the Village,-
NOW,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That a special use permit, as authorized by
Section 5,25, Special Uses in all Residential Districts, of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Ordinance
No. 842, be issued to the Elk Grove Baptist Church to permit a
church, Sunday School, and pre-school day care center on property
legally described as follows:
Lot 315 inEl.k ..rove Estates, Town Home Condominium -
Parcel C Subdivision, being a subdivision of part
of the southwest 1/4 of Section 29 ::nd part o. the
nortiiwec�r. 114 of Section 32, all in Township 41 North,
Range 11., East of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook Co,j.uty, Illinois.
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
