AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.009 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE INCREASING THE NUMBER OF CLASS
"A" LIQUOR LICENSES,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, By the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook
and DuPge, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 20.009 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, be amended to read as follows;
"20.009 amended. Number of Licenses. There shall
be issued in the Village of Elk Grove Village no more
than nine (9) Class "A" liquor licenses; no more
than four (4) Class "B" liquor licenses; no more
than five (5) Class "C" licenses; and no more than
two (2) Class "D" licenses.
In addition to the foregoing, the Village President
may issue upon application and payment of the additional
fee provided a Class "AA" liquor license to any holder
of a Class "A" liquor license when he, in his sole dis-
cretion, deems it advisable and to the best interests of
the Village to so do."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according
to law.
