AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
ANNEXED TO THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have, pursuant
to statutes of the State of Illinois and the ordinances of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, heretofore conducted a public hearing
to consider the zoning of certain real. estate upon its annexation to
the Village of Elk Grove Village; and
WHEREAS, said real estate has heretofore been annexed to the
Village; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined
that it is appropriate and suitable that said real estate, as
annexed, be zoned as hereafter provided:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, Illinois, as follows:
Section 1: That real, estate hereafter described be and is
hereby classified as B-2, subject to the terms and limitations
and provisions of an ordinance entitled ELK GROVE ZONING ORDINANCE,
passed and approved December 19, 1972, known as Ordinance No. 842:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 35, Township
41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
running thence south in center of road 53'2 links = (35.31 feet),
thence south 680 west along the north line of School lot 3.46
chains = (228.36 fec-) to center of road; thence North 41 de-
grees west along center of road 3.05k chains = (201.63 feet);
thence North 63 degrees east 5.64 chains =(372.24 feet) to
the east line of Section 26, in center of road; thence south
2.5F: chains (170.28 feet) to place of beginning (except that
part. lying north of centerline or Touhy Avenue).
Section 2: That t1;e Village Clerk be and is hereby directed
to aravnd the o ficial zonin_; Inap of the Village so that the zoning
classification provided herein is reflected on sa-d map.
Section 3: That any person, firm or corporation violating
any section of this ordinance shall be subject to a tine of
not less than $5.00, nor more than $500.00 for each and every
offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each
day a violation occurs or continues.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
