AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.512 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OP' THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
PROHIBITING PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ELK GROVE
BOULEVARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section l: That Section 14.512 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, which prohibits parking in
certain designated areas within the Village, be amended by adding
an additional paragraph thereto to read as follows:
56. On both sides of Elk Grove Boulevard
between Tonne Road and Estes and Touhy
Avenue.
Section 2: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five
($5.00) Dollars, normore than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for
each offense.
Section 3: That thisordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
