OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, PROHIBITING
PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
LEICESTER ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 14.512 of the Village of Elk
Grove Village, which prohibits parking in certain designated
areas within the Village, be amended by adding a new paragraph
23 to read, as follows:
23. On the east side of Leicester Road,
between Beisterfield Road and Yarmouth
Road.
Section 2: That this ordinance be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June 1972.
