AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RETAIL SALE
OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR ON ELECTION DAYS
NOWa THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 20.014 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village be amended to read as follows:
20.014 Election Days.) The sale of alcoholic
liquor is permitted on the day of any National,
State, County or Municipal election, including
primary elections.,subject to the restrictions of
this Chapter 20 pertaining to dealers in alcoholic
liquor.
SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
