NOW, THEREFORE, BE' IT ORDAINrD, by the President an6 Board
of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Villace, as follows:
Section I: That Sec. 23.903 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, which provides lor certain areea
located in the Village to be designated "Fire Lanes", making it
unlawful for any person to block or obstruct wholly or partly any
such designated area, be amended by adding thereto the following:
F. The Terrace Apartment Complex:
All areas designated as Fire Lanes on a mao,
entitled, "The Tcrrace,'"\ ", which map
is incorporated by reference as a part of
Ordinance No.
Section 2: That a map entitled, "The Te, -race;, PIase IV",
with,, red markings indicating those areas designated as fire lane;
(Exhibit A, attached hereto) be and the same is he;:eby incorporated
into this ordinance.
Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this ordinance shall be fined not less than Five.
($5.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for each
offense.
Section 4: That this ordinance shall. be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, ac-
cording to law.
Section 5: That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized
to publish this ordinance in pamphlet form and the Village Manager
is directed to post all areas desiynated as fire lanes hereby
with appropriate signs.
