Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCE - 826 - 8/22/1972 - LEVY OF TAXESORDINANCE NO. 825 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR THE CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1972, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1973 BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That the sum of one million, five hundred seventy five thousand, four hundred eight dollars and no cents ($1;575,408.00), the same being the total amount to be levied of appropriations heretofore made for the corporate and municipal purposes for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1972, and ending April 30, 1973, as appropriated for the current fiscal year by the "Annual Appropriation Bill", be and the same is hereby levied on all taxable Property within the Village of Elk Grove Village according to the valuation of said property as is, or shall be assessed or equalized by State and County purposes for the current year 1972.
